Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States, and internationally through USPS and DHL Express.

United States

Standard — $8. Free on orders of $85 or more.
Express — $15.

Free standard shipping applies automatically once your basket reaches $85 before tax. It applies to US addresses only.

Free local pickup — Chelsea, MA

If you can get to us, choose Pickup at checkout. It is free, and most orders are ready within two hours during opening hours — orders placed less than two hours before we close are ready the next day.

We are at 317 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150, open 11am–7pm every day. Hours can change on public holidays; we post any changes on @priluboutique.

Please wait for our "ready to collect" email before coming in, and bring it along with a photo ID.

International

International rates are calculated live at checkout by USPS or DHL Express, based on your address and what's in your basket. There is no free international shipping.

Any import duties, customs fees or local taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in what you pay us. Customs can also hold a parcel for reasons outside our control.

Processing

Orders leave us within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Orders placed over a weekend go out the following business day.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered and isn't there, email hello@priluboutique.com with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could receive it, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost, or re-send it once you cover postage again.

Fragrance is shipped by ground within the US — aerosols and alcohol-based liquids can't travel by air, so express options may be unavailable on some fragrance orders.
