We're a small shop and we'd rather be straight with you about what can and can't come back.

Beauty and skincare are final sale

Lip tints, balms, lipsticks, blushes, sheet masks and every other beauty or skincare item is final sale. We can't take these back once they've left us — opened or not. Cosmetics that have been in someone else's home can't be resold safely, and we'd rather say that plainly than quietly restock them.

Shade is the thing people worry about, so every shade we carry is photographed individually on its own product page. If you're stuck between two, email us at hello@priluboutique.com or message @priluboutique before you order and we'll tell you honestly which one we'd pick.

Sealed fragrance: 30 days

Fragrance that is still in its original sealed cellophane can come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Once the seal is broken we can't accept it.

If something arrives wrong or damaged, we fix it — always

This has no category exceptions, and it applies to beauty and skincare too. If your order turns up damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it in full, shipping included, and we cover the return postage. Final sale does not apply to our mistakes.

How to start a return

Email hello@priluboutique.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us — we can't process returns that arrive unannounced.

Return shipping is the customer's cost unless the item was wrong or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we've checked it, we issue the refund within 3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank usually takes another 5 to 10 days to show it. Original shipping is non-refundable except where we were at fault.
